Assistant Accounting Manager

Successful candidates for this key position will be responsible for performing a full range of accounting functions, including financial and management reports, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, annual audits, performance analysis, and business reviews and planning.

  • Requirements:

    •   Accounting degree holder
    •   HKICPA member preferred
    •   Minimum five years accounting and auditing experience
    •   Sound accounting and taxation knowledge is an advantage
    •   Attention to detail, with strong analytical, communications, interpersonal and project management skills
    •   Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Access and Excel
    •   Ability to work independently: ambitious, energetic and self-motivated

Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities in this position include accounting data input, assisting in month-end closing, and assisting in the preparation of management reports.

  • Requirements:

    •   Accountancy diploma (or higher)
    •   LCCI intermediate or higher
    •   Knowledge of accounting software preferred
    •   Familiarity with MS EXCEL
    •   1-2 years accounting experience preferred
    •   No travel required

Sales Executive

The Sales Executive role entails working both independently and as part of a team to help meet sales targets. Routine aspects of the position include identifying and engaging clients, preparing related documents, and conducting sales presentations. You will also collaborate closely with work groups to plan and expand your client portfolio

  • Requirements:

    •  Minimum five years’ experience, including two years in a management position, preferably gained in an advertising company
    •  Experience in sales or business development an advantage, but not a must
    •  Work experience in an advertising company, design house, marketing agency, event management firm or other related business
    •  Independent and willing to learn
    •  Excellent communication and presentation skills
    •  Good interpersonal and client servicing skills: cooperative, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
    •  Good command of PC skills (internet, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Marketing Executive

The candidate occupying this vital position will develop and execute promotions to enhance Group brand awareness, assist in planning and managing corporate events, coordinate with internal and external parties to develop marketing communication collateral in line with corporate image. Our Marketing Executive will also perform the following:

  • Responsibilities

    •   Develop internal communication programmes, uplift corporate culture and values to improve lead generation
    •   Maintain and provide content management for company social media platforms
    •   Work closely with the creative design team to support campaigns
    •   Participating in ad-hoc projects for management

  • Requirements:

    •   University degree in business, marketing, journalism, plus a minimum five years’ experience (including two years in a management position) preferably with a 4A or sizeable company
    •   Previous experience in publishing/art & cultural is an advantage
    •   Must be an effective communicator, able to synthesise complex and diverse material into information that can engage our target audience
    •   Knowledge in marketing, developing strategic business plans and undertaking business needs assessments
    •   Excellent command of English and Chinese writing and presentation skills
    •   Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work independently and under pressure
    •   Good command of MS Office. Knowledge of graphic design basics is an advantage
